Energy technology firm Baker Hughes has joined a strategic alliance with Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA, Lindsayca, and Fulcrum LNG to restore energy infrastructure for gas production and develop the country's first liquefied natural gas export capabilities, Offshore Energy and Reuters reported.
