Indian renewable power producer Juniper Green Energy incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries on October 17, 2026. According to scanx.trade, the new entities are named Juniper Green Field Fifteen Private Limited and Juniper Green Gem Fifteen Private Limited. Both companies were registered in India to focus on the power generation sector. [1]

scanx.trade reported that the total equity subscription across both new subsidiaries aggregated to 30,00,000 Indian rupees. The two businesses were formed with 100 percent equity ownership held by the parent company to build and operate prospective renewable energy assets, expanding the firm's operational footprint. [1]

The corporate expansions follow recent growth in the company's generating assets. As FTMQ Climate reported earlier, Juniper Green Energy recently finished a 150 megawatt wind-solar hybrid development after commissioning a final 5 megawatt wind turbine. Sahi and FTMQ Climate both reported that the company reached a total operational capacity of approximately 2,745 megawatts. [2][5]

FTMQ Climate earlier noted that the developer maintains a battery energy storage portfolio totaling 603 megawatt-hours alongside its generating facilities. The newly created subsidiaries represent the latest additions to the firm's power generation infrastructure in India. [1][5]
