Energized EV has opened four electric vehicle fast-charging ports at a Hardee's restaurant located on Carrollton Street in Temple, Georgia, Electrek reported. The installation marks the start of a planned rollout of charging infrastructure across Hardee's and Carl's Jr. locations in the United States. [1]

The Temple location features two dual-port XCharge C7 direct-current fast chargers, according to Electrek. Each unit is rated at 240 kilowatts, providing four charging ports that feature both North American Charging Standard and CCS1 connectors. Monta provides the software platform for the chargers. [1]

Hardee's and Carl's Jr. are fast-food restaurant chains owned by CKE Restaurant Holdings, Incorporated, which operates franchisee locations globally across North and South America, Asia, Oceania, Europe, and Africa. Electrek noted that specific site counts and a complete schedule for the remaining charging rollout have not been disclosed. [1][2]
