Mercedes GLC 400 EV exceeds EPA range in Edmunds test

The 2027 Mercedes-Benz GLC 400 4Matic electric vehicle exceeded its official driving range in testing conducted by Edmunds, Electrek reported. Autoblog and Edmunds both reported that the electric vehicle traveled 392 miles in a real-world evaluation, which is 61 miles higher than its official rating. [1][4][6]

The Environmental Protection Agency estimated range for the 2027 model is up to 331 miles, according to Electrek. Electrek reported that the tested distance represents an 18 percent increase over the official estimate. [1]
